Avaliação da contribuiçãoIt started great at the entrance of the restaurant. Of course it was the restaurant week, so more than the usual amount of customers were fed and they have it in the evening and my daughters eat for the first time. I had her about the excellent service I had experienced in the week before....Sad to say that the service missed the brand of this restaurant experience. the garnel and geese were excellent. the best thing I had so far... not too fond of cancer. the steak was a hit tender and tasty ... we do not have the opportunity to have all my courses as we dined :hence the service was not terrible, but it was not up to par either.we experienced long waiting times between the curses - without our server / expectancy coming to visit or water, etc. there was good atmosphere and atmosphere. the kitchen was lovely. but great service -is the icing on the cake.
Had a reservation for 730 not space until after 8 and it was not even busy. the waiter always called me darling, which was particularly inappropriate, as I was clear with my friend. we went for restaurant week and they ran out of dessert and said we could have another for $5 anyone who was a little strange as it should be in what we are paid, so don't know why we had to pay extra when they ran out. also they did not ask how I wanted my steak cooked and it was super rare, purple, and gummy, but it was already cut with sauce on it so that I could not take it back and only had to eat the edges of it hardly as the only edible was part.
Soraya was a great server. it was pleasant from beginning to end.
Visited during the restaurant week. salat, garnel and grumen was great, but unfortunately the steak was of steak and frying cold when it was served. service was very good.
It was a celebration for my 21st birthday! Although I can’t remember her name our Waitress was great. The food was amazing and the 3 for $30 course was very fulfilling for everyone. 100% recommended SoLou for any occasion.
