Tim Hortons - Beaverton

Came in around 8:30 pm with my family and I was very welcomed with a beautiful smile from a young lady. There were 3 employees working at that time. The other two boys were very friendly and were very fast. Unfortunately there was non of my favorite donut left but they apologized and offered if there is anything else I would like instead. Very fast and friendly service. Would definitely recommend

They got my order wrong and forgot to add my coffee to the order, which happens, no big deal. But the woman working the drive thru window starts trying to gas light me saying next time if you want a coffee you need to order it . She then charges me again for my coffee, which I pay for. She then turns around and starts complaining to her coworkers about me while I 'm still waiting for my coffee. One of her coworkers points at me and she asks me do you still need something? . Yes, you still haven 't given me my coffee and are telling your coworkers that I 'm being difficult .Totally unprofessional. This Tim 's used to be my go-to stop heading to and from cottage country. I will not be returning.

The lady at the window site didnt want to be there and here demeanor and attitude showed it. She needs to find a new job not dealing with the public.

One of the worst tim hortons around they can't get a simple order right and the dark roast coffee never tastes like a darkroast

Much to my suprise open 24 hours. Great sandwhiches and muffins. The two boys on night shift are very friendly and seemed to be hard workers multi-tasking while making my families order and chatting with us. Only complaint is that they had little to no donuts left.
