We had the tasting menu, which really exceeded our expectations! The food was absolutely delicious and really respected the local culinary traditions with a modern twist. Also, the service was very professional and kind.
These restaurant in the middle of the mountains in Benasque is one of the most underrated places I have ever been. I must say they definitely deserve to be in the michelin guide, and if i may add, they deserve a 1 MICHELIN STAR. Let's start with the plats we ordered: STEAK TARTAR de GAMO OREJA de cochinillo suflada Falsos CALLOS de COLMENILLA PALOMA: Royal de paloma, sus pechugas marcadas, y caldo tradicional. SOLOMILLO de ciervo, chutney de trompetillas amarillas y su tuétano COSTILLAS de JABALí, parmentier de vainilla We have heard so many great things about this restaurant that we wanted to try a little bit of everything. TRUST ME, is spectacular! It will blow your mind. Price quality ratio is incredible. Wine that we recommend is LATASTE The server are very knowledgeable of all the plates and wine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! 6 Stars!
Cada vez que venimos a Benasque no perdemos la oportunidad de venir al Ansils cenar una noche. Como siempre la comida y el servicio excelentes sirviendo platos de excelente realización y gran calidad. Nos gusta también mucho que la carta cambia de año en año lo que te permite tener nuevas experiencias.No es un restaurante barato y si se viene en familia puede resultar bastante costoso y quizá con niños pequeños la experiencia no sea completa
