The Barnyard At Match Point Grill

I love this place. The restaurant is always clean and the service is always pleasant. The food always fills you up and is tasty. This time we only came in for sodas and the service was just as good as when we order meals for dine-in or togo.

I have been here before, however it has been years. I came in for lunch and they were pretty busy. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, you get to pick your side, choice of: French fries, onion rings, homemade potato chips or waffle French fries. Theburger was big and tasted great. I picked French fries as my side. They were just okay, average tasting. Stephanie was thewaitress, cashier and busgirl, she is nice, friendly and did a great job.

Love everything about the Barnyard. Best lil hole in the wall in town. Stephanie is the best!

Just had breakfast at Bakersfield Racquet Club home of The Barnyard at Match Point Grill. I ordered Huevos Rancheros topped with Chile verde. It was delicious, The tortillas was topped with Black Bean spread with over medium eggs covered with a nice tasty rancheros sauce. I added Chile verde and the pork chunks were nice and tender with a flavorful but mild Chile verde sauce. I would highly recommend having breakfast here. I'll be back to try their homemade hash for lunch!

Can't believe I just discovered this place recently. It is such a hidden gem but the food is great and all of the employees are very sweet. The perfect place to have lunch and sit outside
