Dunkin' - Bethlehem

The restrooms are marked for both men and women, but they had "OUT OF ORDER" signs on them, despite being unlocked. I ordered the avocado toast, but unfortunately, it was missing the everything spice on top and was placed in the box upside down. When I turned it over, the avocado side ended up on the bottom. It was a minor issue, and I didn't let it bother me, as I know this wasn’t intentional. The staff member who took my order and the one who handed me my food were both very friendly and polite. I would definitely consider returning if I'm in the area again.

Terrible experience. They claim to be open until 6 PM, but I arrived at 5:20, and the woman inside told me they were closed. I really can't tolerate that kind of inconsistency. If you're closed, just turn off the open sign!

This is the worst Dunkin location in the Lehigh Valley. You legitimately have to go on Twitter to DM Dunkin corporation account to even get ahold of a manager for a refund.Just put an order in at 7:30 this morning when they're to be open at 6. The woman at the window tells me they're closed right now. Will be sending a DM to Dunkin again about disappointment.

Dunkin always has good coffee. But selection of donuts seemed slim.
