We were passing by and were greeted with such kindness despite being a little late without a reservation and...especially welcomed with a good glass of wine.. and the company of Sig Antonio .. then we were kidnapped by the goodness of the cook....a greeting soon and thanks again. .
An authentic farm managed in a simple and impeccable way. Very good and genuine food. Kindness, friendliness towards the customer and respect for nature. We happened here by chance: every time we get back, we're at home.
We discovered the Dogolai thanks to the indications on arrival in Bitti. We felt at home, although the first time we felt we knew that place forever. Hospitality and genuineness made per person. A lunch that marked our hike in this area. Great food, now forgotten flavors evoked at the first bite... The ricotta made us tears in our eyes, brought us children... taste buds in ecstasy. We met this place thanks to the internet. At 13.30 we arrived (in 8 without reservation) and, immediately, we were greeted by Antonio, the owner. After 10 minutes, we were already savoring the numerous appetizers served including 3/4 types of cheese, ricottella, zucchini carpaccio, sausages, etc. and then we continue with 2 first of fresh pasta. We're done with seadas, coffee and digestive liqueurs. We ate well in a familiar environment and with so much quality in the products offered. We will definitely come back!
