I wanted to give a special mention to Tony and his staff, especially Helen Elizabeth, for their amazing service in accommodating a last-minute party request. I approached Tony just 24 hours before my son's birthday party, as our original venue had fallen through. Tony graciously provided us with a beautiful dining area and allowed us to bring our own decorations. Helen Elizabeth was our hostess for the party and she did a fantastic job, even helping us set up the decorations. The food was tasty and the party was a success! I would definitely host another event here.
The steak was overcooked once again, the meat was very thin and the rice was dry and lacked flavor. I should have just taken the extra time to go to Middlesex BBQ instead.
We enjoy dining at this restaurant, although the service can be lacking at times. However, we understand that we're all human. Despite this, there seems to be a recurring issue with errors when ordering over the phone. This has happened to me on seven separate occasions now - I pick up my order, only to discover upon arriving home that I have received the wrong items. It's frustrating to have to double-check everything to ensure I have the correct food. It seems that they may be overwhelmed and too busy to properly review orders.
Absolutely the most rude customer service ever!!!You’re paying a good amount of money for miniature shrimp/chicken. You would think that they would say hello and greet you. As you’re waiting outside for your food knock on the window to let you know that your food is ready. This is ongoing. The attitudes are disgusting. And I will never spend another dollar in this restaurant. I’ve been in bound Brook now for 14 years. I’ve never been so disgusted.
Excellent food and efficient service. the staff is great. whole grill huh and salat excellent. great value. salat dressing excellent.
