Geido - Brooklyn

Geido is our family's favorite sushi place and Japanese restaurant. My wife and her siblings are from Japan, so they have high expectations when it comes to Japanese cuisine.

We were satisfied with the food we ordered at this restaurant, although some dishes were better than others. The stuffed shishito peppers were particularly delicious and beautifully presented.

I highly recommend this place. The food and atmosphere are both incredible.

This sushi and ramen/udon restaurant is amazing! I can't wait to return and will definitely recommend it to others. I highly suggest trying the vegetarian pancake with bonito flakes, even though it typically comes with pork belly - I asked for it without meat since I was dining with a vegetarian. My friend had the mushroom udon while I had the ramen, and we both left very satisfied. We also enjoyed some hot sake, which I always recommend as a wonderful addition to any meal. The service was fantastic, with kind and attentive staff. Thank you!

Yundo offers authentic Japanese cuisine, and Corky Lee particularly enjoyed the Grilled mackerel.
