D&k Kitchen - Bungendore

My fiance and I were looking for somewhere to host the reception to follow our wedding, and thought we'd have lunch at the Lark Hill Winery D&K Kitchen to check it out. I'm pretty sure we had decided before the meals arrived due to the classical music and atmosphere, but they certainly made it easy to decide that this was the place for us, as the food was exceptional and it's nice to eat something you can't get anywhere else. Just to be sure, we went back twice again try everything on the menu we wanted for the wedding menu. Daniel and Katrina went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we were enjoying each meal. How often does the head chef come out to the table at the end of a meal? The reception numbered 30 which no doubt put pressure on the kitchen, but the everyone commented on the quality of the food and how nice it was to have a choice of meals. Everything exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Delicious meals, accompanied by equally delicious wine. will return!

Had an such an awesome experience having a 4 course dinner set menu at D&K Kitchen. Great atmosphere, great value and lovely people. My partner and I went there for Date night and it was quiet, romantic and really tasty food. We chatted to the chef after dinner and they only cook what’s in season and grow all of their own herbs which we loved. Also they sell wine from the cellar next door and wow, the Scuro was incredible. Would dine there again in a heartbeat. It’s a hidden gem.

I'm really looking forward to visiting this amazing place once the borders open up. It's definitely on my to-do list!
