Avaliação da contribuiçãoStopped in for happy hour wine and a board - unbelievable amount and quality of charcuterie for a measly $25. However the very small portion of bread, which we had 2 of, adds $3 each time to your bill. Will go back for sure though, server was fantastic
We came here after a wedding rehearsal (about 18 people) and the restaurant was able to accommodate our large group in a not too big capacity size place. The service and attention we received was very good and a number of different dishes ordered from the mussels, meatballs, pizza and especially the desserts were well received. The only negative issue with arranging that many people to attend dinner was parking on 4th street and side streets which are residential permit parking mostly.
My wife and I tried the place on a Friday night. Very friendly staff with a nice patio-it stopped there. Place is designed for sharing with various pizzas, salads and things like an Italian mixed grill. Our server made a mistake on three of our orders (wrong wine, pizza and forgot the salt and pepper and we only got a lame apology. We ordered the mixed grill a kale salad and the funghi pizza. The mixed grill was overcooked (well done.) The kale salad was dry and tasteless. The pizza (when the correct one finally arrived had an excellent crust but was horrifically greasy. Wouldn't hurray back.
My group of 4 went here for lunch on a weekday. Some of us had tried the pizza here previously and so had high expectations. We started with a shared Calamari appetizer. It is slightly odd looking but quite good. Tender on the inside and crisp on the outside. We ordered some white pizza and some red pizza. They both had a perfectly cooked and tasty crust but we all agreed the red pizza was moister and tastier than the white pizza. This is quibbling in pizza heaven though because it was all fantastic. To finish they had a twist on my favourite desert, key lime pie which had meringue on the top. With absolutely no room i ate it all. The service was helpfull and friendly.
A very cool ambiance with a DJ playing some good music. Service was excellent, decent wine menu, mostly old world. Pizza was great, calamari was better than it looked, and the chicken parm was unique but amazing. Will go back for sure.
