I questioned why it was so crispy, and he explained that the bacon strips were coated in batter and could only be fried that way. When I asked if we could have something different instead, he insisted that's how it was supposed to be served. Both my wife and I were very disappointed with the service and the appetizers.

This restaurant is excellent! The bacon is a highlight here. I have dined here twice and both experiences were fantastic. I highly suggest starting with the bacon board.
