Jake's Rib - Chickasha

We recently visited Jakes Rib and had a wonderful dinner and a great eating out experience. Our daughter is disabled and in a wheelchair and she (and we) were treated very respectfully and the staff was attentive to our special needs. Everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. Worst ribs I have ever had (and I have eaten BBQ in the pacific NW). They were undercooked and firmly attached to the bone. The ribeye was just ok. The disappointment was real.

I recently dined at a restaurant in Oklahoma City and had a great experience. The meal was a bit pricey, but well worth it for the delicious BBQ. The sides were also tasty and plentiful. The prices were reasonable and the staff was helpful and friendly. Some people complained about the wait time, but I believe that is to be expected at a popular and busy restaurant. If you are in a rush, it may be best to choose a fast food joint instead. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal.

My sister and I were looking for a nice place to eat and decided on Jake's. Everything was amazing! My sister had a delicious hot dog dinner with a side dish, and I had the steak dinner with potato salad. We also enjoyed an appetizer of mashed potatoes with cheese and bacon, served with ranch dressing on the side. Everything was so delicious! We even had leftovers to take home. Our server was incredibly attentive and accommodating.

My husband and I got there before noon so we didn't have a problem being seated. Our waitress was friendly and we never saw anyone having to wait to order or for refills. The food was delicious and plentiful. I got the pork chops not realizing it would come with 3 of them, mashed potatoes- which was also a big helping, and fried okra. I'm 8 months pregnant but it was still a lot of food! It made enough for 2 extra meals leftover. I'm finishing up the last of the leftovers for lunch as I type this. My husband had sliced beef, mashed potatoes and okra. He didn't have as much left overs as I did but he loved it and will be finishing off his leftovers today. Next time we are in Chickasha we will probably go back!
