During my last visit, the iced coffee I received didn't taste right, so I requested a replacement. The server slammed the new coffee on my table and walked away. Really?

This Ben and Florentine is undoubtedly the best one my wife and I have visited. The service deserves six stars! The food is consistently served hot. Thank you for everything. The people of Saguenay are truly friendly and welcoming. Food: 5/5
