Wendy's - Clemson

I would rate Wendy's 5 stars for their outstanding customer service. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a wonderful experience.

This Wendy?s is hands down the best Wendy?s on the face of the planet. Why you ask? The staff here is the friendliest bunch of people I?ve ever encountered!!! They are always going the extra mile to make you happy! Honestly, the food here could taste like complete garbage (which is obviously doesn?t) and I would keep coming back just to be greeted by these fine folks. I?m telling you right now, there are some of the nicest people you?ll ever at this Wendy?s. Gold stars ALL AROUND.

The staff was friendly, but they appeared to be a bit overwhelmed during the busy hours. There were also some issues with their POS system that created complications with customer orders. My meal was well-prepared, although I did notice some dry chicken in my packaging. Overall, it’s a pretty good place.

I discovered carbon particles in my water caused by a poorly installed filter in the beverage machine. Furthermore, the ketchup dispenser was malfunctioning and created a mess all over the place. The dining area also had a strong odor that reminded me of last week's trash.

The Summer Strawberry Salad was incredible—I ended up going back for it the very next day. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was quite disappointing. There were no smiles, no kindness, just a sense of frustration from people who seemed to dislike their jobs and their lives. I made an effort to be friendly and express my gratitude, but it didn't make a difference. If there had been another place to find that salad, I would have chosen to go there instead.
