I loved to eat here and would like to come back. for anyone coming to cobleskill, I recommend it here.
Justine’s is simply a must when they are in cobbleskill ny. the service is warm and friendly. the kitchen is breathtaking. are very generous and more than affordable. the chefs are trained by the owner, who assures that each court is prepared for its exact specifications. the owner prepares all gloomy cakes and cakes. they just have to save space for the deserts. they expect sro most nights to dinner. it never hurts to see if you can sniff a reservation. parking can be a challenge so that additional time can be enabled. highly recommended.
My family and I stopped in Justine's as we were traveling thru. We had 3 kids and 4 adults. The waitress never informed us how big the portions were so we unfortunately we wasted so much food. The food was very good, but, with no refrigerator in the car, we had to throw so much away... $160 dollars later with the tip already added in it was not a great way to start vacation!
The food is great and the service is even better. This is such a great place. We will be back 4 sure!
I was in Cobleskill on Friday, September 25, 2015, a day early for my 35th year SUNY Cobleskill reunion. I decided to stop at Justine's for dinner based on the recommendation of some friendly patrons leaving at that time. I had a great experience with the service (thanks to Justine's mom), beer, wine, and food. The dinner entrees were very generous in portion size. We ordered linguini with white clam sauce and ziti with eggplant, both of which were delicious. If you find yourself in the Cobleskill area, make sure to add Justine's to your list of places to try. Thank you.
