Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe were extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We were taken aback by a £10 parking fee that was not disclosed on the website. The dining area resembled a school cafeteria and there was only a limited set menu available, which was presented on a dirty piece of card. Feeling unsatisfied with the lack of options, we finished our drinks and decided to leave in search of better dining options. We spoke to the manager and recommended updating the website to ensure that customers are provided with accurate information.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this restaurant. It was absolutely delicious. While the menu was limited, the main courses and desserts we sampled were excellent and definitely worth a return visit. My only minor complaint is that the service was a bit slow, but it did allow us more time to chat so it wasn't a major problem. I would highly recommend this establishment.
This restaurant is a piece of history as it is the oldest continuously operating restaurant in England.
We chose to dine here primarily because it is the oldest restaurant in London, which we found to be quite intriguing.
