Stop them with the loud horns as they bring out the commands and simply focus on getting it right. please inform the workers to actually read what the order says and also contain ketchup in the bag. a non-seasonal hamburger does not mean so much salt that it must be thrown into the müll. not sure what happens, but the quality has gone down.

Visit her texas for the first time and I wanted to taste whataburger for 15 years! (listen from the show king of the Hill)It is a hearty burger. Flavour wasn't as powerful as I expected, but hey, I've been hymnizing this place in my head for almost two decades. I am so happy with the portions. I am grateful that I was just visiting and this situation, especially, was very clean and beautiful.

Good burgers, poor service. People who don't like to serve should find a different kind of job. Customer's money pays their salary. A little kindness brings customers back. A little bitterness drives people away. It's easy to find another burger joint.

We received a coupon for donating to the Childrens Miracle Network went this morning told the young man taking the order we had a buy one get one free coupon for taquitos.My husband placed an order for 2 different taquitos my taquito was suppose to have egg,hash brown,bacon,cheese and grilled onion with the tortilla grilled. My husbands taquito was suppose to be bacon,egg and cheese we got them his taquito had no bacon no cheese it was egg and potato that he did not ask for and my taquito was egg,hash brown and cheese there was no bacon and their was no onion.They did not give him his buy one get one free charged him for both and refunded him for one taquito with cash!!The whole experience took along time never have I ever had a bad experience from Whataburger until now !!

This particular Whataburger is so slow. I have NEVER been to a store that was this slow. To add to the frustration, my order is ALWAYS wrong. Then, when I get home, five minutes away, my food is ice cold. This isn't just one experience. This is several. I should just stop wasting my time and money.
