Hard to know which is the best, the coffee or the staff because they are both really excellent. These guys and girls have it just right. Very friendly place without going overboard. Very welcoming and natural vibe. Its almost like popping into a neighbours house for a cup of great coffee. Apart from sitting down to imbibe, they will also grind coffee for you to take home. Unfortunately you will then have to brew it yourself as the staff are not 'takeaway '.

The staff here are some of the best staff in all the coffee shops here in Cork City. Regardless of whether you're a once off customer or a returning one you're more of a friend than a customer right from when you walk in the door. The superb selection of sandwiches, salads and sweet treats from a variety of well established Cork businesses such as Huckleberry's Donuts, Naturally Nourished Salads and English Market sandwiches. The coffee is some of the best coffee I've ever had and the selection of different brew methods including chemex, v60 and french press to mention a few is outstanding, they truly know their stuff at Three Fools. The Location is also the best people watching spot in all of the city.

Coffee and food are great! The staff are great very friendly making you feel comfortable as soon as you step in : . I have tried other coffee shops in town similar to this one but they were always missing something special which is the typica relaxed and positive attitude of people in Ireland mostly found in the country side and Cork ! So so far I think it's my favourite :

I love this place. It's cosy inside with really nice staff and it's right next to the library and the park, two of the best places to drink coffee! Very tasty fare sold here too, great music and there are always bants to be had. Tremendous.
