Avaliação da contribuiçãoI went to pick up a mobile order for my mother around 10:00 a.m. as the restaurant supposedly opens at that time. When I arrived at the drive-thru, there was no answer when I tried to call. Seeing people inside, I went up to the door and knocked. A woman came out and told me they had closed an hour ago. I asked how I could get a refund, and she told me to call corporate. I mentioned that they shouldn't advertise being open until 2 if they were closed, to which she replied rudely before closing the door in my face. I understand that everyone has personal problems, but there was no need for her to be so disrespectful. I hope she finds a job better suited for her, as customer service is clearly not her forte. Wendy’s, please improve your service.
Given the current fast-food industry environment, Wendy's exceeded my expectations! Although it was somewhat busy, the staff were attentive and efficient. My order was prepared quickly and accurately. Thank you for a job well done!
I was traveling through Cornelius and stopped at the Wendy's located at 20410 W Catawba. I wanted to compliment the young man named Sheley. He was in the midst of training and was the only other person working. Despite this, Sheley did an outstanding job and handled everything efficiently. If he is not already a manager, he definitely should be considered for the position and compensated accordingly. Sheley deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication.
This is the Wendy’s in cornelius north carolina at 5 o’clock in the afternoon. How can they run a business if they have the whole thing at five?
Online ordering at this Wendy's stinks!! No one to bring your food out and doors locked so you can't go in and pick up either! So you need to go through the backed up drive thru anyway. Then my order was screwed up, I'll stick to McDonald's
