Panera Bread - Covington

Came in for lunch after Three Rivers Art Festival. Lots of choices so a bit confusing, Chey offered us menus and gave us cups to get drinks so we could decide. Very thoughtful. Super friendly! Great customer service. Then when we were about done eating she brought us a desert pastry. Outstanding! Too bad we don't live here. We would come often. Food was great too!

This place is so amazing, went there today with my mom(she's allergic to raw tomato and she ordered a sandwich that usually came with tomato. Of course she asked for no tomato but she said it a little quiet so the cashier didn't hear her and the sandwich came with tomato. She went up and let them know and let me tell you, these were some of the nicest people they apologized(which they didn't have to but was so sweet of them and as they were about to make a new one, one of the kind girls that make the food came over to our table and so politely told my mom that the bread they used actually has tomato baked into it but she isn't allergic to cooked tomato(weird I know and she said oh okay and made my mom a new sandwich and didn't give us a new buzzer, no, they brought it to the table. We were so happy. And a lot of times when we go to other Panera Bread establishments they just try to be sly and remove the tomato and reserve it to her. But no, they made a brand new sandwich. Best Panera I have been to(we go to alot ever. Shout out to you guys/girls thank you so much : really recommend this place!!!!!! Especially the girl that came over to the table such a sweetheart!!!!

Dining room was immaculate. Had this kid bussing and cleaning who knew how to hustle.

So fresh, so yummy, and the soup, omg, the broccoli cheddar soup is addictive. ..

Not only was the food great, but so was my cashier! I didn't have as much as I thought I did when I ordered, so when I went to pay and didn't have the whole amount, the sweet girl offered to pay for the rest of it! She is THE sweetest thing and even gave me a hug! I'm extremely satisfied with the service that I got. Extremely satisfied. I've never gotten such great service from anywhere in my life! Not as good as her. Little blonde haired cutie!
