Avaliação da contribuiçãoMy wife and I visited this restaurant for lunch on a Saturday, where we ordered a cup of coffee and a sandwich to hold us over until dinner. We enjoyed every aspect of our visit except for the prices. Our total bill came out to just over £20 for two sandwiches, a tea, and a coffee. While the quality of the food and service were what you would expect from a cafe, we found the sandwiches to be a bit pricey at £6.80 each, and even more expensive at £7.90 if toasted, compared to other places.
I have been a regular customer at this restaurant since it first opened, and I have never had a negative experience. The food is excellent, especially the breakfast options. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it a delightful place to dine.
Negatives: Service can be slow, and some waitresses are not pleasant to deal with. One waitress in particular has zero manners. Advice: Many people in the area share this opinion, and the manager should address the issue.
Great wee gem hidden away at Scotch Corner, handy for the dog kennels we use and what a spot, all food home cooked, including the pancakes and hollandaise sauce, service is great, staff are better, COVID aware and every one masked up with sanitizer, worth pulling off the motorway for
Even during the current virus restrictions the Apple Patch is still providing good food at a fair price in convivial surroundings. Good distancing and other precautions make one feel safe. The staff is generally friendly and polite. A haven of rest and recouperation.
