Dunkin' - Davie

I love these dunkin donuts it's by far the best, it's too bad, it's a fair ride from my house. You always make the drinks perfect. I really wish they had a hot and now something like Krispy Kreme, because if they did, that would be my favorite place by far. With what is said from all Dunkin Donuts, this place is my favorite place for their drinks. Keep it on guys you're great.

Above all, my pick On order sat at the Drive Thru window the entire 15 minutes I expected and stood there. The employee didn't even apologize for the confusion. More importantly, they wore their masks exposed with their noses! The mask does not work if it does not cover the nose!

Last time I used the mobile app to buy before arrival. Every time they forget something, give me the wrong thing, etc. Is not the point of the mobile order to make things easier for everyone and move the process along? It's always a mistake. And no one is ever happy to work there! This place must bring it together. Drive thru Lane is always 10-15 cars deep and so long wait and get into the window, just something missing or wrong, then get setting for it....I go to another place

Came to this place and waited 5 minutes while the workers who went past if someone would help take our order. They ignored us so the cashier came on the car and once I told him what I wanted, he said they had no coffee available. I'm confused. Isn't that a café? What is a Dunkins without coffee?

I went inside to this dunkin ' because the drive thur line was around the corner! So, I went in, and there were 2 young girls inside also waiting to get service, they were ignored I was too.. I 'm not a teenager, and it doesn 't matter because no one should to treated like that! When I said hello are you going to come take our order? One of the young man said yes but didn 't come, however they both continued to take care of the drive thur.. Worse customer service ever! So, finally I walked out and went to another DD! I will never go back to this one again! My advise Customer service!
