This is the best ramen in the Sacramento and Davis region hands down. If you know a better place in the area please let me know. I had the black tonkotsu ramen. The noodle had the perfect texture (not soggy), chashu had just enough fat and charred nicely, and the broth was amazing!!!

Good and hearty food. You can customize any rice/vegetables/mac and the meat of great quality! Burgers leave a little to be desired and price is so high I'd rather just try a cheaper local spot
