Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

Disgusting food. Egg shell in eggs. Stale cold chips. Rock hard mozzerella sticks. They are absolutely pathetic here! PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STOP HIRING LITTLE IMMATURE CHILDREN TO SERVE FOOD THAT CAN KILL PEOPLE YOU ABSOLUTE MORONS! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

We visited this McDonalds today at 9am, and we chose not to use the ordering kiosk but preferred to be served by a team member. I observed at least 8 people on duty and while every single one of them looked at us, we were basically ignored as NOT ONE acknowledged our presence, smiled or said hello. By the time somebody finally served us she couldn't even be bothered to apologise for keeping us waiting. After all that, our food was poorly prepared and our server didn't say thank you or give a farewell greeting. I come to this store quite often, both instore and drive thru and honestly, the quality of the customer service at this store is awful all of the time. The team here need to accept that not everybody wants to use the self serve kiosks and they need to be mindful of that fact. The general mood of the store is that they just don't care, nobody seemed to know what anybody else was doing the there was no apparent leadership that I could see. If I was the franchise owner of this store, I would sack the lot of them, their manners and lack of care for customers is just awful, all of the time in this store.

Visited on Sunday 10th April. This McDonalds is very awkward to get into or perhaps I was approaching it from the wrong way. It's an older building that could doing with being updated. Thankfully once in there I could get my drink and be on my way again.

Worst Mcdonalds you could possibly imagine. I'm a regular here as I live around the corner but I'm not even kidding the food is disgusting and ALWAYS cold no matter how many times you ask for FRESH FOOD they don't seem to understand english or what it means to be a paying hard working customer. I have complained here so many times they literally take me for a joke until I threaten to contact Consumer Affairs and The Better Business Bureau! Hope the entire store closes down, I'd rather drive 30 minutes away to the next store for food, this place is a disgrace to fresh takeaway! The staff all need a good firing

We just visited dbay McDonald was the most bad experience ever rude staff which was a girl and also its not fair as we pay for ours meals not getting it free unless we asked free meal what a bad night I don't recommend this place to anyone who thinks to get a feed at middle of the night. Not friendly Not professional
