Boustan has been offering new vegan options since Aug 2020. I love her vegan kebab pita and garlic sauce. The vegan kebab is made of Shijitake mushrooms and has a large chewing texture. Portions are generous and fill. Service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend Boustan for a fast meal with omnivore friends.
