Outback Steakhouse - Dothan

I'm honestly puzzled about how this restaurant continues to operate. We visited for lunch around 2 PM, and the place was nearly empty, with just two other tables occupied, perhaps...

I ordered the 16oz ribeye. I appreciate marbling in steak, but mine was mostly fat. Additionally, my baked potato was not prepared correctly; I requested it without sour cream, and it came with it.

The manager was extremely rude—handing me a gluten-free menu just because I asked two questions! Unfortunately, it doesn't include all gluten-free options, but thanks anyway...
