Sutton's Bakery - Echuca

We had the pleasure of spending a week in Echuca. We stumbled over this bakery. There can be bigger bakeries in Echuca and Moama, but nothing better when it comes to cakes and sausage rolls. We enjoyed them so much that we ordered 3 dozen pees and a dozen sausage rolls to get us through the foot season. Must go back soon and increase.

Now I know we had a hard lockout here in Victoria, but if I'm gone for the first time in 14 months and ready to spend my hard-earned money. The older lady has a lot to learn with her attitude and the way she talks to customers. I'm a customer service manager and I'd pull them aside and say you're ruining my business. I understand that companies need to have a COVID safe plan, yes and I am in the medical industry and understand all the rules. Drop the setting and you may have back customers.

For a long time visitors to the area and Suttons is always where we stop first a six point mixed pack, a pastry and maybe a slice at least. Never fails to fulfill the quality that it did more than 40 years ago when I was a...Kid difference, I now see obverse the counter. Great products great services.

I bought a pasty that was best average and probably overpriced, some of the ingredients would normally not be used in a traditional pasty.

Love coming across country bakeries like this. Fresh meat pie and vegetable pastie so fresh they were falling apart as we ate them. So glad we chose to get lunch here, very friendly staff nice to be greeted with a big smile. The bakery looked...very clean as well.
