Avaliação da contribuiçãoAfter traveling from Derry for a while, we decided it was time to find a breakfast spot. A friendly local pointed us towards the Village Diner, just a short walk away. Despite its small size, the diner more than met our needs. The owner cooked up a delicious breakfast of bacon and eggs, and the place quickly filled up with friendly locals. We left satisfied and grateful for the recommendation from a friend.
There is little choice at pub in ruhe ederney, we tried the diner on a afternoon. it is on the burgderg road, just a few meters from the city crossing. there are parking spaces on the road near. it is a small, cozy place with fast, friendly service, timelines and a traditional café offering that focuses on Ulster-Fries and burger. unusual sampi and wraps are available in a surprisingly wide menu. we had the little frit a great meal, including chips, two round toast each and a pot tee. all in order, but the main reason for the excellent rating is the value......Ander £8 for two fillings!!! I am used to paying about £10 for two coffees and baked at one of the big coffee chains. do not call this a fat spoon, but an excellent value.
My favourite place to eat, has everything you would want. From dinner to fry to chicken and chips. Must visit.
I ordered the chicken fillet burger with lettuce and mayonnaise. The chicken fillet was not fresh and had a strange texture, while the mayonnaise was in excess and a bit sour. The chicken fillet itself was not satisfying, as it was gray instead of white and had a rubbery consistency. Additionally, the price was too high for the quality of the meal.
My wife, family, and I visited the diner for lunch and it was a great decision. As soon as we walked in, we felt relaxed and welcomed. The menu had a variety of options including burgers, fish, and ribs. We ordered burgers, cheese chips, and two fish dishes, all served with homemade chips and onion rings. The food was fresh, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients. The cod was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, while the chips were perfectly cooked. The onion rings were also exceptional. It's rare to find a restaurant where every aspect of the meal is unforgettable, but this diner was one of them. If you're ever in Fermanagh near Ederney, make sure to visit the diner for a fantastic experience with friendly staff and delicious food. And don't leave without trying their homemade bread - it's something special. Thanks to everyone at the diner for a wonderful meal and warm welcome.
