Avaliação da contribuiçãoVery disappointed with my sandwich I ordered togo. I ordered a whole tuna salad sandwich. The amount of tuna salad was very small. Most bites could not taste any tuna, just a lot of bread and lettuce. Live too far away to return the order. My wife andI normally eat at Bread Co at least twice a week. Will probably not order this sandwich again..
Always forget my french baguette. Its ON the order, checked ON the receipt stapled to my bag and yet never IN my bag! Only reason I'm complaining is because its the 5th time! If you're out of bread, say so. Don't throw chips in my order and call itgood. I live too far to drive right back.
Repeat customer that's always satisfied with the food. The workers aren't friendly especially when Mobile ordering. I know it's a busy and stressful location but it your job to make customers feel welcome which I never have when going inside. Food aspectis fantastic I recommend their Greek salad and brownies
This Panera is lower quality than others. The food is on the same level mostly, but the staff are less customer focused, the dining area is consistently less clean, and the outside of the building has very obvious maintenance needs. It's not what you'dexpect from Panera. For the prices they charge, I'd rather eat elsewhere since the experience is degraded so much at thislocation. This location has a drive thru, but don't think you'll save any time. Expect to spend about 5 minutes per car. There is space for 3 cars in front of you if you are at the speaker box. So even if you pull up to the speaker right away, it'sprobably still 15 minutes before you get to the window. If you're 1 car from the speaker, you're 20 minutes from the window.
I wish I lived closer. This is my favorite Bread Co. in the STL suburbs. Employees are great and I never have any issues with my orders. I have the coffee subscription so I like to get a large iced coffee during every visit. I like to add cinnamon to mycoffee and this is the only store that always has cinnamon out every time I visit, so that?s a bonus point.
