My daughter like coming here but alot of the machines take your money and don't work.It's a ok place to take your kidsto, it's for the kids.Food: 2/5

I took my children to this restaurant on July 3rd for a playdate. The service was extremely poor, especially at the gift exchange shop. The staff there seemed unhappy and even angry when we asked for a small gift displayed in the window. Their attitude ruined my mood and overall experience. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. The food was also disappointing, I would rate it 1 out of 5.

The restaurant was incredibly clean and the staff was fantastic. The food was fresh and the location in the mall was ideal for families to browse around after keeping up with their little ones. Parking was convenient and easily accessible in the mall. Overall, the food was rated 5 out of 5.

This restaurant is a great spot for a playdate. It's not crowded during the week and the kids had a blast. The food was rated 4 out of 5.

Just had my daughter’s birthday party there. Service was not good. No announcement to call the kids to come eat had to round up the kids myself. Chuck E showed up but no show and shout out to my daughter. Had to ask for many things basically worked the party myself. Next time I may as well have the party at home
