Avaliação da contribuiçãoI want to first say that normally I love Montana's. But whoever is running this particular restaurant or whoever owns it, needs to seriously reevaluate what they are trying to do to save money. I've eaten at this location as well as the other location many many many times. We went in there tonight for dinner with friends. First of all, I was shocked when they brought out the four cheese spinach dip. Normally it's a cup of dip. The bowl is usually about 2/3 full sometimes more. I nearly laughed when I saw that what they had in the bowl. It was literally probably less than a quarter of a cup of dip. The spinach was in a clump in the corner... And it wasn't even mixed through. I commented to the waitress about how little was in the bowl, and she was like do you want me to bring it back? I'm like no we're hungry now. I worked at Montana's. I would have never brought that to a table. My husband ordered some slow cooked beef or something, and she asked him what kind of barbeque sauce he wanted in it. When she brought it out, there was no barbeque sauce so we asked for it. She was like well I thought it came with it. She never offered to him Some or anything. Our friend ordered a chicken dinner and it was half of a chicken breast sliced it was so tiny I was shocked. It's like they're trying to make everything smaller to save money. But whether or not realizing is that we will not go back to that location. If you think somehow that is going to save your money, what you are going to do is turn away all your customers to go to other Montana's and get a good quality meal. The kicker was the new dessert item. It was a churro with ice cream in the middle. Our desserts came out, with no cinnamon or sugar on the churro. It was basically just deep fried dough. There was a little bit of ice cream in the middle maybe a tablespoon at the most. I asked the waitressdoes this look like the actual desert in the picture that you have on the table?I said there's a tablespoon of ice cream in there. She's like do you want me to take it back? I'm like yes cinnamon and sugar go on a churro. I showed her there was nothing on it I mean nothing. She said I watched him put it on there I said there's nothing there I'm looking at it you're looking at it there's nothing on it. She was actually arguing with me. I was so frustrated at this point and so disappointed. Anyways when she brought it back out it was excellent. It had cinnamon, sugar and a scoop ice cream. It was really good. That's the way it should've been served me in the first place. The person who owns this really needs to get in there and take a look at what his/her staff is doing. Waitress never even brought our bills back to the table we had to go up front and pay I think she was pissed. Just not a good experience at all so disappointed. I'll head back downtown from now on.
This Montanas is a typical montanas. The food was great and service was prompt. The place was clean and don't have any real complaints besides the parking but its located at a busy strip mall. Kind of a lack of tvs for sports but very nice decor. I would eat here again.
We went to Montanna's for lunch Sunday, after church. Six of us had six different entrees and they all looked great. They tasted good too, by all accounts. It was not a busy place, even though it was Father's Day. The server didn't sound or feel genuine as if she really cared for us; I got the feeling that it "was just a job." Her heart wasn't there.
We did not have a good experience for third time in this restaurant and we will not go back there anymore. In summary first drinks were to slow, food came in cold and uncooked, staff do not have any knowledge of their food as we asked them.Second drink came late again. Our dessert took longer than our food.We asked for extra spoon and cutlery and never got it.Do not recommend
I've never left this restaurant amazed with the service. Food is typically alright. The new chippers side is always a hit. I like that Montanas has the paper on the table for kids to color on. The last couple of times we went we waited a few minutes for our table. If we have the time we typically drive to the downtown location...
