Taco Bell - Fort Walton Beach

Brandon works at the Eglin Pkwy location on February 3rd at 9 pm.... You are a rock star!!! My order wasn't exactly what I ordered and I didn't notice until I came home. They were the only food and you still have time to answer the phone professionally and offer to correct my order. After understanding you are the only food prep person and you also answer phones, I am not so angry about my missing Guac or cheese on my power shelves: It sucks many customer service people work solo or on a minimal staff. Thanks Brandon for a minute to answer my call and offer to correct the situation. You and your team are appreciated.

It's always fast every day. People are really nice and the place is always clean, and if your order is not correct, they will fix it for you. I go to this Taco Bell every time

Best Taco Bell in the area better service and quality than the others. In any case, it is worth going through the city to pick up a quick bite. Friendly service, meat and beans piping hot, lettuce tomatoes nicely chopped and still cold, and the hardshell tacos are still crunchy on the bottom, even after arriving back home.

I would recommend steering clear of this restaurant. The manager comes across as overly controlling. I was there for personal business and was trying to decide if I wanted to relocate to the area, but this man locked the door and insisted that I finish my meal and leave. I had hoped to take advantage of their free Wi-Fi during my meal to conduct some work, as I’m a travel photographer who depends on local spots to manage bookings on Facebook, respond to emails, and handle other marketing and business tasks on my phone, especially since my laptop was recently stolen. It seems the manager profiles people he assumes are homeless. I highly advise avoiding this Taco Bell.

The app allowed me to order food that the restaurant wasn't ready to serve yet. However, they kindly offered to prepare a similar dish for me, and the staff was very friendly throughout the experience.
