Burger King - Frederick

Serviced sucked to pick up order and had to wait 20 minutes for a job that was for over. they had a young girl who tried to maintain and do a great job while another young girl around stood doing nothing on the drive-duration. a mess!

Re-adjusted order twice and they repeated it back finally, which was then ordered I got the wrong food and they gave us the food back and we had to wait. no good customer service! don't go to this bk.

Terrible service of the lady who commanded that much hire. I used a voucher for my brother family and laid a separate order with a smaller voucher for me. they refused, because the credit card was a certain type, although the credit card said nothing special. they wanted us to go through all the way around the drive again and then push it to short personal. ridiculous service later from the manager karla, who tried to strengthen and say it was a rule. again, not posted somewhere. I did this with my brother and his family at numerous burger kings without problems. I would recommend another almost food. just terrible.

I wanted to order food here, but the little misconception at the theke made me decide to go somewhere else

This place suuuuucks!! The dine in area was locked at 7pm for some reason. Employees saw me outside and ignored me until a manager came to the door so I could refill my drink after having to drive thru and eat in the car. Food was lukewarm and tons of ice in my drink. Avoid this place at all costs.
