This Italian restaurant is the best in Frederick area hands down!! Being from NJ where Italian food is a big staple and having lived in Italy before, I can say this place is a must! My husband and I attended a wedding rehearsal event there last month and we also just went back again for a double date because it was that amazing!! Their staff are top notch, very knowledgable and attentive! It's such a great romantic date night spot and their food will leave you wanting more

Make sure you stop by during happy hour as there are drinks and appetizers on special. The drinks we ordered were great. The flavor combinations were hit or miss but the portion sizes are pretty big for the entrees. I ordered the seafood /shrimp scampi pasta and the sauce was wonderful but the shrimp tasted like freezer burn/old frozen shrimp.

Food is excellent. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Makes you feel welcome. My wife and I have been going here for awhile now. Even when my wife was out state getting a lung transplant. I received a Valentines card at the hotel. Signed by all the staff. That made us feel very appreciative and special. Cucina Masi is the place to go.
