Best pizza ever!!!Kid-friendliness: Very nice to my children

This is the second time this has happened. I ordered food on their website online (large cheese pizza and wings). The pizza arrived overcooked and was barely edible. It was a complete waste of my time and money. The worst part is that I couldn’t get a refund back on either, next time I’ll just accept the fees and DoorDash something.

Pizza Hut has a way of just being awesome in the first place. Dalton made our experience just so much better. He was polite, inviting, speedy, and had an all around great demeanor. His presence made this a wonderful meal. Thanks Dalton for the fishing spot advice!

We went there last weekend at the powatan location called 371-1111 and the clerk was new and was very helpful in explaining the various deals the time. We ordered a pizza w hand tossed crust and went to pick up drive thru. The girls were having a fun time while working and it was a positive interaction. The pizza was FANTASTIC !! Ty for the service will be back. God Bless

We discovered that we have Pizza Huts in the area and decided to visit one out of nostalgia. The pizza was good, as we remembered it, but the rest of the experience was fairly sad.
