Buffet Express - Fredericton

Went here with my mom, really good buffet selection! Even some sushi. Nice relaxed environment. I enjoyed it, my favorite item was the garlic green beans.

Buffet Express has become one of our favorite dinner destinations.We dine out regularly, and Buffet Express can be counted on to satisfy one's desires for tasty and different dishes......it's not like other buffets where one dish tastes like another and another. Each course has its distinct flavours. It has also introduced us to dishes we have not found elsewhere.The serving line is replenished regularly, so the food is almost always fresh and hot.Lots of variety, including some sushi items.

We found the buffet small & the offerings nearly(80%?) either from frozen & perhaps pre-cooked, packaged or of lower quality, especially the dessert station.It looks like they have recently installed nice buffet stands and attempted to paint over the old tiles, ceiling boards,...At $16 or $17/p/p, we would not recommend it.

Went a few times for dinner and lunch and was quite pleased each time. Good selection and reasonably priced.

This is our first time here, and was a real treat. Very tasty was the food, and warm. I found the pork a little hot. But tasty, we will be back...
