Canimambo Graskop

A great find authentic Portuguese flavours brilliantly prepared. We were pleasantly surprised. Best prawns my wife has tasted in years. Great sardines, burgers.

We visited Canimambo for the 2nd time. Nice atmosphere and a great variety of Portuguese food. Last time it was warm whether and we enjoyed the fireplace outside, this time it was raining and the wood was now burning in a fireplace inside. The fish platter was very tasty, which we enjoyed with a nice bottle of Sauvignon blanc. The vegetarian lasagne was a bit too greasy. Deserts were great!

Popped in for a light meal. Apparently you have to make reservations if want a good table, else sit outside very cold Yet food was very nice. Reservations for tourism isn't very convenient thing to do though

Service is impeccable. Definitely try the chicken livers for starters as well the chorizo. For mains, the prawns are authentic and fresh and the mussels are to die for. The chocolate mouse is the best ever, a must have.
