Avaliação da contribuiçãoDisappointing lunch. I’m not sure what’s going on with this place, but they seem to be struggling. The Baja bowl I ordered, which is usually $10, didn’t seem right. I’ve had it many times before. When I asked the manager if that was really the correct size, I was hoping he would offer to replace it, but instead, he just suggested adding more rice.
The drive-thru speaker was malfunctioning, causing the employee to ask me to repeat my order multiple times and ultimately enter one of the items incorrectly. After reaching the window, we waited 20 minutes for our food, and when we inquired about our drinks, they seemed surprised that we hadn't received them. The bread bowl and side of bread were incredibly hard and inedible, while the rest of the food, although passable, wasn’t very impressive. This was our second visit to this location, and it will definitely be our last. The food is excessively overpriced for the quality and quantity received, compounded by the poor service.
I ordered lunch today, and while my meal was correct, my husband's sandwich was missing. I called the restaurant, and they informed me they would credit me for the missing item, so I re-ordered it. Unfortunately, they sent the completely wrong sandwich this time. After calling the store again, the manager refunded me. I understand that many places are short-staffed and mistakes do happen, but this restaurant clearly struggles to keep up with orders. It's unfair to both customers and staff at this point.

I placed an order this afternoon, and while my meal was correct, my partner's sandwich was missing. When I called the restaurant, they said they would send the missing sandwich. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was completely the wrong one. I called again, and the manager offered a refund. I understand that places can be overwhelmed, but this restaurant really struggles with orders. It's not fair to either the customers or the employees.
