Ski-bar And Restaurant Jutz

Sono stato qui a pranzo assieme a mia moglie, a nostro nipote dodicenne a nostra nuora, ai genitori di lei e alla sorella con fidanzato. Ci siamo arrivati in parte con la funivia da Staffal e parte salendo a piedi. Veramente un ottimo pranzo. Ho mangiato delle uova alla Benedict con asparagi e tartufo nero (rivisitate, mancava la salsa olandese) e un tomino grigliato con verze, mele e noci. Tra gli altri piatti segnalo delle insolite tagliatelle alla Norma racchiuse come involtino all'interno delle melanzane e accompagnate da salsa di pomodoro e burrata. Inoltre polenta e salsicce, pappardelle al ragù di cervo, torta di ricotta di capra, gelato e yogurt artigianali con fragole e frutti di bosco. Poichè eravamo ospiti ignoro la spesa. Da tornarci!

Abbiamo la seconda colazione. Di conseguenza, Zaleta toaleta non lascia le scale. Tuttavia, potrebbe non essere tutte le ore.

Just the location is outstanding and would deserve top rating. But in addition the staff was very kind and helpful and the food absolutely delicious. We tried many local things and not a single dish was disappointing. Coldcuts, polenta with salsiccia and the chestnuts soup were our favourites.

A nice simple restaurant and café on the hill next to the cabin lift. We both had lunch and ate here and had a really good time. The staff is nice, the atmosphere is homely. Recommended both for a short stop and for a longer lunch.
