Try the fajitas ( but trust me on this : the for one serving will feed two easily). The burrito bowl was also awesome, and surprisingly came with a large serving of fresh, still warm natcho chips. My travelling companion advises that the $5 margaritas are amazingly good. And the service exceeded expectations. This is a great place for value, and fresh tasty food. They also have a rooftop patio. Oh and warm natchos and house salsa are served when you order.

My husband fancied Mexican food and we came across this place while walking up the road. I have to say I wasn't to keen as the entrance doesn't look at all smart.However we had a great meal with a good margarita and the cost was more than reasonable.

The food is disappointing, as is the service as drinks sat empty on the table for far too long without the server asking if we wanted another. My burrito bowl was flavourless, and the tacos were terrible. Soggy, no sour cream or salsa came out with them and the salad on the side was brown. Also, we were supposed to get Mexican corn on the side of one of our dishes, which we did not, even though we confirmed with the server when ordering that it did come with it. Overall it was disappointing and I won't return to eat. I may return to enjoy the patio and a few drinks though, as the setting up there is nice for a summer day.

Maybe it was the time of day we went (mid-afternoon) but the service was slow. The food was okay. I felt like the portion for the "Mexican Flag" enchiladas was a little small. Two tiny enchiladas with a big bed of rice. My boyfriend had the burrito salad which came with a side of chips. More salad and less chips would've been better. I don't think I would recommend this place unless you've got low standards on Mexican food.

My first time going to Mexi's & I had been looking forward to it for awhile !!! Their sangria is $12 a pitcher all day on Saturday ! Must say, the food is nothing close to gourmet, kind of cheap quality and overpriced... but hey... I wasn't there for the food... I was there for the sangria (the food was a plus) ! Sangria was strong, but still tasted absolutely delicious & for the price how could you go wrong ! Loved the atmosphere in the place as well ! Can't wait for the next time we go for cheap drink specials !!
