Horrible service. Waitress forgot multiple items, including someone 's entire order. Never came to check on us. We had to flag down a Maxx employee who said, I 'm only here to do bingo. Wouldn 't even find out waitress or check on our food. Should have walked out without paying for this horrible lack of service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

So bad I refused to pay. 10 years ago had two visits in a row that were horrible (food service , started going there over the last few years, not bad. Last week and tonight absolute horrible ! Terrible patio service (they forget about you! , tonight soup came out cold, bus boy was good enough to take back to the kitchen so they could microwave it (bowl was too hot to touch and had the same spill marks from the first trip to pour table . By now, first round of drinks are gone, I almost downed a bottle of water after (that I brought with while we waited for the server to come out and take our food order, then I ordered another round. Food comes out, no second round. Food was cold- cold broiled walleye and Luke warm fries !! Too cold to enjoy a $21 dinner !, waited 20 mins, still no 2nd round, or server. I went into the bar to inform the bar tender we are leaving, and not paying. I told her service sucked. Soup was cold. Both main courses were cold. Still no second round! When I told the bartender what was up- all I get is a blank stare, not even an apology. Might take another 5 years before we give them another shot. My niece and I absolutely love BINGO and Maxx was the perfect half way mark between us. The food was hot and delicious, the waitress was prompt and friendly, and the Bingo Caller was loud and clear. The whole even was relaxing and fun.
