Brain Freezers - Hebron

Yummy Hershey ice cream. Scoops a little on the small side but happy an ice cream shop is close by.

Just what I needed this afternoon. Self serve soft serve yogurt in 12 different flavors. Mix and match. Choose your size cup and fill it up. I tried strawberry, strawberry cheesecake, vanilla, Oreo, and birthday cake. The strawberry was my favorite.

Just went to Brainfreexers for the first time since the new owners took over. Same format as before although the prices are a little different and they no longer weigh you completed order. They have also dropped they loyalty program as well although the website still talks about it. When asked I was told the website hasn't been updated with the latest information. Maybe that will be done soon. Overall the ice cream is good (Hersey's) and they still have about 8 different flavors of soft serve. Plenty of toppings to choose from including hot fudge, caramel sauce, and a large assortment of topping in dispensers. Don't that anyone would be disappointed with the selections. Staff are very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Only issue I could see was that the floor needed to be swept. Looked like someone had a food fight with toppings.

Happy to see that this ice cream shop has re-opened under new management. They now have both frozen yogurt and traditional ice cream. They still have tons of toppings for the frozen yogurt, and the pricing has changed to by the cup instead of by the ounce . It 's a great spot to get ice cream in town with lots of seating outside.

I love brain freezers. They have the best quality toppings that I know of in comparison to sweet frog or their competitors. I drive a half hour just to get this ice cream. Love it. A must try.
