Rancho Grande - Heide

We had a great lunch there at a quick stop. there is a weekly changing midday card or a bbq plate for a very good price available. faster and friendly service.

Steak-gemusepfanne was advertised as sharp. taste was flat. beer was not as cold as it should be. chef in open kitchen looked like: just do my job. through and on the look for a fast decent price meal? a reasonable option. you want more? there are a lot of beer places around you!

We visited without reservation and had a fantastic meal. our German is very limited, but somehow managed to order one of the best meals we had, including rib eye steaks and a tip was only over 100euros for 4 people. Staff...100% recommend!

We where staying in nearby Eggsted and came to Heide because there was no restaurant in Eggsted. They recommended this restaurant in Heide and I am glad they did. The meat was great, really tender and great Fries. Also big drinks and fast service. To...top it of, the have happy hours for the food, so if you come before 18.00 you get an even bigger discount. Going to McDonalds would have been more expensive ! Keep it up, and we will be back when we are in the Hamburg area.

General On 23.09.2014 we visited the Rancho Grande in Heide. We ate the grill plate as a lunch table and drank 3 KiBa. Operation The operation (a young man) was very attentive. The greeting was friendly. A table did not have to be assigned to us. During the whole meal we felt well looked after, but not annoyed. The first grill plate was brought to us with fries and the second with an oven potato. The two grill plates consisted of one piece of poultry, one piece of Rumpsteak and one chop steak. The plates were lovingly dressed. The meat was great seasoned and roasted. At the Rumpsteak the grill was hit exactly. The oven potato was served in aluminium foil. Unfortunately, the sauces that were added did not taste themselves, but also not bad. The portions were large so that we both couldn't eat everything completely. The Ambience The Steak House is stylish and adequately furnished. I liked the open kitchen very well. Such aspects always show that you don't want to hide. Cleanliness The guest room and also the tables were clean. There are no complaints.
