Ruby Tuesday - Henderson

Ruby Tuesday in Henderson, NC, was our second visit, and we were hopeful it would be an improvement over our first experience. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The salad bar lacked freshness, and the items present looked unappealing. Additionally, the tea had an unpleasant aftertaste.

I couldn't reach them by phone, so I decided to place my order in person. However, I was disappointed to see the staff sitting at a table eating and also outside in the parking lot.

This is my first visit in months, and I ordered takeout. Nick assisted me when I arrived to pick it up, and I was impressed by his professionalism and politeness. His friendly smile truly stood out. He double-checked my order to ensure it was correct, thanked me, and encouraged me to return. This review is for the Henderson, NC location, and I will definitely be back.
