Whitfords Brewing Company - Hillarys

Went to dine and drinks with my mates for one of their birthdays. I have the beerland member loyalty app. When friends went up to order with my app and credit card was told by bartender that they weren't allowed to use the app because it wasn't their phone. What does it matter when I'm the one paying? And isn't the point of a loyalty program to keep revenue coming back to them? Don't have a loyalty app if you don't intend on honouring it.

Great selection of beer and high quality pub food. they brew their own beer and always fantastic sorts on tap.

I had dinner tonight for the first time. as fussy vegan I like the dinges that are cooked on the same grill as meat products. during the survey of the staff about this, they checked with the kitchen and the kitchen was able to adapt the cooking of my proteins in a separate pan instead of in the common frit and ensured that the dinge baked carrots for chips replaced to keep it vegan. the meals we had were generous, well presented and very tasty and came out in time. the staff was friendly and helpful and would certainly come back here to eat again.

Nice choice of menu options. Fine selections of beers, wines and cocktails. Fast service for a busy day.
