Always busy so I understand the pressure but what’s the point of asking what I’ll like if you’re going to give whatever you want? Good was good but the beef is either overcooked sometimes and the Maxwell Polish Burnt.

Corporate needs to honestly close this location down. I'd give zero stars if I could. The teenagers that work here are an extra type of special. Got 45 minutes to kill? Come here. The drive thru line is absolutely awful. The service is absolutely awful too. Then when you finally get your order after waiting 45 mins, the food is cold or there's things missing out of your order. Was given a free entree for our ridiculously long wait time previously. Went to redeem it and bought additional entrée and they did not put the additional entrée in the bag. Called attempting to call to notify them no one’s answered the phone for 20 mins. Then when we finally got through, the manager on duty at 8:30 on Thursday, December 15, 2022 refused to give us the information for the district manager. I always love to visit a Portillos. George was extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10 would eat there again.

The Hot Dogs were good but the desert was even better.
