Bring from Chicago with a very high Mexican population might make me a Mexican food snob. Tio Lamp’s is in no way close to Mexican food. It is close to Tex-Mex maybe. I was excited to try this place when I found it on a Google search. Sadly I was disappointed as with most restaurants in the Philippines that try to do menus from other countries.
