Crane Ramen Jacksonville

The outdoor seating in front and in the back are so nice. It’s especially a vibe in the evenings. The food is really good and there are lots of vegetarian options. The first time I went, the server and host were not the nicest, but I had a much better experience with a server the second time that I ate here. Location is really nice, walkable to lots of bars and shops.Vegetarian options: Lots of really good vegetarian options.

It was our 3rd or 4th attempt at Crane Ramen and always had Tonkotsu Ramen. Sorry to say this, but it has always been an unpleasant experience. The broth is always watery and greasy, shimeji with no flavor at all. Chasu was tasty, though. And that was it.I hope the owners tried some real ramen, either in NYC, Atlanta or even at Modu at Baymeadows. Much richer broth.I truly hope the owners could apply this feedback and make the food to be as nice as the rest of the restaurant.

This little spot in five points is definitely worth the hype.My boyfriend is a very big fan and said that he lovessss their Old Fashioned’s here. As a bartender myself, I had to try it! He was not wrong. The drinks were top notch!Now the important part, the food! ?I ordered their “Tonkotsu” Ramen from the menu and it was the best experience I could’ve had for my first real Ramen experience EVER!I am so glad he suggested this amazing place.The server was super cool too and she allowed me to get out of using chopsticks and bailed me out with a fork ?Next time, my skills will be better!There will for SURE be a next time!

The food is here always hits the spot, between the ramen and the pork buns you can't go wrong (you better try the pork buns). My only gripe is the servers tend to sometimes sit in the back by the bar lurking instead of checking up on customers more. This stopped me from getting some more appetizers at the pace I'd like but it's only enough to knock 1 star off.

This food was amazing! I had a spicy tonga something bowl. My step son had something else, his had Purple broccoli! Looked pretty cool.Small place, comfortable and cool atmosphere.It is in the trendy part of town. Our two bowls came out to around 30 bucks.Has my recommendation, I know I'll be back
