Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

I had never tried this restaurant before, but I decided to order from them for my son's birthday party. The pizza was incredible! We got both thin crust and regular crust with toppings, and they both turned out beautifully. We will definitely be ordering from here again and I highly recommend it!

Tonight, I ordered 3 pizzas online and paid for them. We were told that our order would be ready at 6:49 pm. However, when we arrived at the restaurant at 6:50 pm, the door was locked. The person working at the cash register only wanted to inform us that he was closed. Despite seeing our order ready on the shelf, we had to persuade him that it was ours. Last time I checked, 6:50 was not 7:00. The order had a phone number provided, so if the restaurant needed to close early, they should have called.

I'm not sure what's going on at this Papa Murphy's, but it seems like there is a serious need for a change in management. As a loyal customer, I have been consistently disappointed with my recent visits. Despite ordering hours in advance through the app, my pizza is never ready when I arrive. To make matters worse, they often include ingredients that I specifically requested to be removed, such as onions. On one occasion, they even added spinach to my pizza when it wasn't even an option. I believe it's time to take my business elsewhere due to this poor customer service. Best of luck to anyone who chooses to order from this restaurant in the future.

I've never ordered from this place. I did this for my birthday party. the pizza was absolutely amazing! we ordered both thin crust as well as regular crust with beats and both fry beautiful. we will definitely eat again from this place and I highly recommend it!

I ordered 3 pizzas and paid online tonight. we received the confirmation that our order would be ready at 18:49. arrival at the door around 6:50 to find it locked. there was someone who worked in the cash register who just wanted to tell us that he was closed. we could see the job done on the regal, but had to convince him that he was ours. Last time I checked, 6:50 wasn't 7:00. a telephone number was provided with the order. If they had to close early, they would have called.
