Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe Chicago Hotdog and Cheese Curds are my favorite meal and of course the chocolate Custard, but the staff is especially the older lady Linda who cleanses the dining room and takes your tray for you and Amanda who works the front thek are both the hardest workers, the most friendly and the best part of Freddy's in Kingsport from the day of their opening and are the biggest reason we eat city employees.
New to town I am a big burger fan! Freddy's burgers were delicious and fresh! From the ingredients to the fries, I really enjoyed my meal. Already went twice in one month. The environment inside is really fun and diner type, reminds me In' n Out honestly. Very clean as well.
Love their burgers and custard. Also fresh and so good! The Hawaiian sundae was my favorite. I found out today they are no longer serving it...sadly. I hope they will decide to bring it back.
Freddy?s is absolutely incredible!!! Your Custard is literally OUT OF THIS WORLD! From now on, I'll go to dinner. Staff Phoebe and Paige were amazing and so sweet! Paige made the best Pommes and Phoebe made an incredible chocolate concrete with wrinkles. The burgers are so good and probably the best I ever had. The service was very professional and fast. I HIGHLY recommend everyone looking for a new place to eat. The dining area was really cool and very clean! I love how friendly all staff were and their customer service was incredible!! Please visit this incredible restaurant.
I appreciated Freddy's commitment to allergy security for my children, but today this place was a sad disappointment. I tried to understand how they knew what allergies my children had when the ticket only Allergy said. They assured me that the lady would use a fresh shovel for each order. However, I observed them with the same pots from the dirty water for the concrete for my allergy order as it had just used on the nonallergy order of my other son. After doing nothing to prevent cross-contamination, I became concerned about safety and asked the manager to cancel my order and give me a refund. The lady heard me and turned around asking me to tell her what she's doing wrong. I was charged with her behavior. She continued to demand that her manager told her to do so. I said it didn't matter. Your manager is not my concern. The safety and health of my children is what counts. She also wanted me to tell her what kind of allergies my children had and how bad they were. It doesn't matter. If they are allergic, then what is the reaction? Who is it to determine whether my child risk is not worth the precaution? To complete it, the actor manager did not make an excuse for their behavior or for the unclean conditions or lack of precautuon in making ice creams. I had to repeat 3-4 times that I wanted a refund before she went to the register to say it. I first tried to be discreet to make no scene, but these employees rude and loud behavior created a huge scene. I have every right to protect my children and if I feel that your service is not satisfactory, I do not owe you any explanations.
